Operations Specialist
Job summary
We’re looking for a Remote Operations Manager who can help us scale and deliver an exceptional experience to both our landlords and our guests.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple Airbnb properties across the UK
- Ensure smooth check-ins/check-outs, cleaning schedules, and guest communication
- Solve problems quickly, from maintenance issues to guest requests
- Work closely with cleaners, contractors, and team members to ensure properties are always guest-ready
- Monitor performance, occupancy, and reviews, suggesting improvements to boost revenue and guest satisfaction
- Compile and send monthly financial reports to landlords, and keep them in the loop with issues raised, repairs/maintenance carried out, or other updates concerning their property
- Create and implement efficient systems to streamline operations as the business grows
- For a self-starter with a “get it done” mindset, no hand-holding required
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to think outside the box and handle challenges independently
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple moving parts at once
- Flexible and committed, someone who’s ready to give 110% and grow with us
- Previous property management, hospitality, or operations experience is highly desirable
