Job summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring efficient service delivery, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction across all business units. This role will lead workshop operations, fleet and vehicle maintenance activities, partner relationships, and resource planning.

- Oversee all operational activities, including vehicle diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, inspections, and service delivery.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Establish and maintain operational policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Monitor daily workshop activities to ensure timely completion of jobs and adherence to quality standards.
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, equipment, and resources.
- Supervise workshop managers, technicians, and operational staff.
- Ensure all repair and maintenance activities meet safety and quality requirements.
- Monitor job turnaround times and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer and industry standards where applicable.
- Manage relationships with strategic partners, service providers, insurance companies, fleet operators, and corporate clients.
- Negotiate service agreements and operational partnerships.
- Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met by internal teams and external partners.
- Explore and develop new partnership opportunities to support business growth.
- Implement quality control measures across all service locations and operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, environmental standards, and workplace safety requirements.
- Conduct regular operational audits and inspections.
- Investigate customer complaints and implement preventive measures.
- Develop and manage operational budgets.
- Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Track key operational metrics and prepare periodic performance reports.
- Oversee inventory management, spare parts procurement, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure efficient stock control to minimize downtime and wastage.

- Strong understanding of vehicle repairs, maintenance processes, workshop operations, and fleet management.
