Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily production activities and ensure targets are met
- Monitor KPIs (output, downtime, waste, rework, safety) and drive improvements
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and HSE requirements
- Coordinate maintenance schedules, utilities, and availability of critical materials/spares
- Prepare operational reports and supervise supervisors/shift leads
Requirements:
- BSc/HND in Engineering, Operations, Production Management, or related field
- 3–7 years experience in manufacturing operations (minimum 2 years in leadership role)
- Strong knowledge of production planning, people management, and process improvement
Strong leadership and coordination skills Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure Good reporting and planning skills Strong communication and accountability
