Job Summary
We are seeking to recruit for the position of Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be the right-hand person of the CEO. He/she will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the organization's daily operations to ensure smooth operations and efficient delivery of services. Your role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing operational efficiency, driving a culture of excellence, and spearheading initiatives that contribute to the overall success of our mission and delivering top-tier products/services to clients.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
The Operations Manager will be the right-hand person of the CEO.
Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and growth targets.
Provide leadership, and guidance, and foster a culture of accountability, and collaboration within the team.
Responsible for wholesale account setups and continuous management, facilitating vendor guidelines, supervising and maintaining all customer service experience.
Update all products to include product descriptions, pricing, tagging, collection management, and inventory integrity.
Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to maintain optimal inventory levels and meet customer demand.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement across all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, production, inventory management, and distribution.
Actively lead with safety, production, cost and quality at the forefront of all decision-making.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold product standards and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards about operations, safety, and environmental sustainability.
Identify and mitigate operational risks to safeguard the integrity of the supply chain and protect the company's interests.
Implement inventory tracking systems and procedures to monitor stock movements and identify discrepancies.
Be comfortable speaking with all business providers and partners.
Qualifications & Professional Experience:
5 years experience in the fashion industry or operations.
Capable of making decisions independently.
Intermediate to advanced computer skills (eg. Excel, spreadsheet software, PowerPoint/slides) as well as the ability to set up wholesale accounts.
Forward-thinkers with the ability to articulate points of view and improve processes.
Ability to quickly recognize, diagnose and solve challenges and workflow.
Core Skills & Functional Competencies:
The ideal candidate is a fast learner, detail-oriented and has a love for fashion, with extensive operations experience.
Be patient, have strong communication skills and have the capability of giving and receiving effective feedback including disciplinary action conversations.
Have a positive, “can-do” attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flex shifts, hours, nights and weekends as business dictates.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must operate with a sense of urgency and have attention to detail.

General Conditions
Remuneration: NGN 350,000 - 450,000
