We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day business operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, improving processes, managing teams, and driving overall business performance across departments.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Supervise and manage staff across different departments
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure achievement of operational targets (KPIs)
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement process optimization strategies
  • Manage budgets, operational costs, and resource allocation effectively
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulations
  • Handle operational challenges and resolve issues promptly
  • Support strategic planning and business growth initiatives
  • Oversee procurement, logistics, and supply chain activities where applicable
  • Prepare operational reports and present findings to senior management


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Good understanding of business operations, workflow systems, and performance management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant management tools/software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
