Job summary
Chisco Electronics is a growing retail store specializing in electronics, household items, and appliances in Eket. We are seeking a highly competent and hands-on Operations Manager to lead our store, manage staff, oversee stock and sales, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage store staff (Cashier, Stock Clerk, Sales Attendants, Cleaner/Security).
- Oversee daily operations, cash handling, sales reporting, and stock management.
- Implement and enforce store SOPs for operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely deliveries.
- Execute marketing campaigns and promotions with BDE and Social Media Specialist.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, store presentation, and hygiene.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience (electronics, supermarket, or household retail preferred).
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; basic computer literacy.
- Honest, accountable, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Minimum qualification: OND/HND/B.Sc.

Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)
Remuneration: NGN140,000 – 180,000 Monthly + KPI-based bonus (Up to NGN 100,000)
