Operations Logistics Specialist III

Responsibilities:

• Lead the coordination between aviation and procurement teams to optimize the deployment of helicopter and fixed-wing assets for critical transport operations.
• Oversee end-to-end logistics for remote, onshore, and offshore projects, including the commissioning of marine support vessels and the management of complex material transfers.
• Manage and enforce comprehensive Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) protocols to maintain regulatory compliance and operational excellence during startup procedures.
• Direct maintenance management schedules and logistics support frameworks in strict accordance with established company processes.
• Spearhead emergency preparedness initiatives by developing doctrine, designing training curricula, and executing site-wide drills to minimize operational risk.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in logistics operations, with specialized expertise in ground, marine, and camp services.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven ability to influence and lead stakeholders at all organizational levels, utilizing advanced communication skills to align teams without formal authority.
• Demonstrated capacity for analytical problem-solving and sound judgment when making high-stakes decisions within broad operational parameters.
• Extensive subject matter expertise in managing the intersection of procurement and heavy-duty logistics within the energy or industrial sector.
• Ability to work exclusively in an onsite capacity with no travel requirements, demonstrating full commitment to project site oversight.
