Job summary
We are seeking a highly organized and result-driven Operations Lead to oversee and coordinate daily operational activities within our Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of projects, managing field operations, supervising site teams, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all operational activities relating to billboard deployments, maintenance, and decommissioning.
- Supervise field teams, site supervisors, technicians, and vendors to ensure timely project execution.
- Ensure all installations and operational activities comply with company standards, safety regulations, and client expectations.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and operational performance to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate logistics, materials, and equipment required for deployments and maintenance activities.
- Conduct routine site inspections and provide operational reports to management.
- Manage operational challenges and provide prompt resolutions to avoid project delays.
- Collaborate with the Client Service, Creative, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Track and maintain operational records, including maintenance schedules, diesel usage, vendor activities, and deployment reports.
- Ensure proper management and accountability of company assets, tools, and operational resources.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure discipline, compliance, and adherence to company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in operations management, preferably within the OOH advertising, construction, media, or related industry.
- Strong understanding of billboard installations, site operations, fabrication, and maintenance processes.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to travel for site inspections and operational supervision when required.
