Operations & Growth Manager
Job summary
We are looking for a results-driven Operations & Growth Manager to lead our Calabar operations and drive business expansion. This role requires a proactive individual who can increase delivery volume, acquire business clients, optimise operations, and build systems that allow the business to scale.

Responsibilities:
Business Growth:
- Acquire new business customers and e-commerce partners.
- Develop partnerships with SMEs that require delivery services.
- Increase daily delivery volume and revenue.
Operations Management:
- Oversee riders, dispatch operations, and customer service.
- Ensure efficient delivery allocation and operational discipline.
- Improve delivery turnaround time and service quality.
Strategic Initiatives:
- Develop initiatives to scale the business.
- Identify new market opportunities.
- Implement systems that improve operational efficiency.
Performance Management:
- Track and report key metrics such as daily deliveries, revenue, and customer acquisition.
- Implement performance standards for staff.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with business clients.
- Ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in logistics, operations management, or business development.
- Proven track record of growing a business or managing high-volume operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to acquire and manage business clients.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with logistics, courier, ride-hailing, or e-commerce operations is an advantage.
