Operations Associate – Fintech (Cross-Border Payments)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Operations Associate to support transaction processing, customer onboarding, and issue resolution across our payment operations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accuracy, reliability, and efficiency in a fast-paced, technology-driven fintech environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Processing and monitoring customer transactions

• Supporting customer onboarding and responding to operational queries

• Maintaining accurate records and transaction documentation

• Identifying discrepancies and escalating issues for timely resolution

• Supporting day-to-day operational reporting and controls
