Job summary

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient office administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and be comfortable working independently. You are managing the office's day-to-day operations, organizing and maintaining files and records, assisting with administrative duties.

Min Qualification: HND Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years

  • Managing office supplies
  • Maintaining office equipment,
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Handling general administrative tasks as needed. 


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of HND 
  • Proven experience as an office administrator or similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks


Location: Block 52, Awka Road, Opposite Regina Pacis Model Secondary School, Onitsha, Anambra State.
