Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new betting agents within assigned territories.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing agents.
- Drive agent acquisition and consistently achieve assigned targets.
- Identify opportunities to expand the company's retail network.
- Monitor agent performance and provide support to improve activity and revenue.
- Conduct regular field visits and market assessments.
- Ensure agents comply with company operational requirements and procedures.
- Monitor competitors and provide relevant market intelligence.
- Prepare regular reports on agent acquisition, performance, and territory activities.
- Support the achievement of overall business and revenue objectives.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2– 4years of relevant experience in the betting or gaming industry.
- Previous experience in agent acquisition, retail operations, field sales, territory management, or business development within the betting/gaming industry*.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong knowledge of retail/agent network operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to identify and convert potential agents into active business partners.
- Strong understanding of the betting/gaming market.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage an assigned territory.
- Must be highly target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
