- Oversee daily recruitment and placement operations

Requirements:
- Master’s Degree or B.Sc in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience
- Strong HR and recruitment experience
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong organizational and problem-solving ability
- Professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp Business
