Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of all company units (software, solar, and battery manufacturing)
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Manage client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate projects across departments
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND/BSc in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Must be a resident of Asaba (very important)
- Strong understanding of solar systems, lithium batteries, or technical products (added advantage)
- Proven experience in sales and business development
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation ability
- Ability to meet targets and work independently
