Role Description The On-camera Content Creator (Volunteer) role is a remote volunteer position focused on appearing in and helping shape digital video content. In this role, you will regularly participate in recorded or live video sessions, present scripted or unscripted material, and collaborate with the team to develop ideas and formats that resonate with target audiences. Typical activities include preparing talking points, rehearsing segments, recording video using your own equipment, and providing input on topics, storytelling, and visual style. You will work closely with content planners, editors, and other creators to ensure consistency in tone and messaging across platforms. As a volunteer, you will be able to build your portfolio, gain on-camera experience, and contribute to projects on a flexible schedule aligned with team needs.
Qualifications

• Ability to present confidently on camera, with clear articulation, engaging delivery, and a professional yet approachable presence.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including comfort receiving direction and feedback and working within a remote team environment.
• Basic familiarity with social media and digital content platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) and interest in trends and audience engagement.
• Reliable access to suitable recording equipment (such as a smartphone or camera), stable internet connection, and a quiet, well-lit space for filming.
• Organizational skills to manage schedules, prepare content in advance, and meet agreed timelines for recordings and revisions.
• Interest in learning about content planning, script development, and video production; prior experience in any of these areas is beneficial but not required.
