Responsibilities:
- Manage the smooth running of the office
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate client meetings and bookings
- Maintain and update the client database, ensuring accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to grow the company.
- Conduct market research to support business development strategies.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports to support business development activities.
- Oversee office supplies and maintenance, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and other activities.
- Assist in managing projects, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and support for ongoing projects.
Requirements:
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management/Communications, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
