We are looking for an Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role will be to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, corporate communication and safety.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Human Resources Support
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation processes.
- Develop HR policies and standard operating procedures.
- Manage employee benefit programs.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee training and development activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment legislation across the entire company.
- Manage employee relations and address queries regarding benefits and terms of employment.
Office Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Manage office budgets and expenses.
- Manage the procurement and maintenance of office furniture and work equipment.
- Address employees’ queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware, and travel arrangements).
- Liaise with vendors, including facility management, cleaning, catering, security services etc.
- Manage the planning and hosting of in-house activities and events, like parties, celebrations, and conferences
- Manage the delivery of internal corporate communications (public holidays, public service announcements etc.)
General Support
- Provide administrative support to management and other team members as needed.
- Assist in coordinating company events and activities.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks to support overall business operations.
Requirements:
- Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or higher
- Work experience as a Office Manager, Office Administrator, HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator, or similar administrative roles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook, in particular).
- Hands on experience with team collaboration tools (Slack in particular)
- Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. scanners, printers, projectors)
- Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Mailchimp and FloDesk
