Network Infrastructure Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the performance of a wide range of network administration duties, including installations, debugging, maintenance, upgrades, and general support for Routers, Switches, Servers, Access Points, Printers, and general network-enabled devices.
• Manage the helpdesk, provide first-level technical assistance to staff in line with predefined policies and procedures, and maintain the organisation's network infrastructure.
• Ensure the setup and maintenance of employees’ telephone system, Active Directory accounts, Exchange mailboxes, remote access security, network file storage and other appropriate systems.
• Oversee the management and troubleshooting of network and internet connectivity throughout the organisation.
• Ensure proactive monitoring of all network devices, services, and servers using a combination of tools to ensure high availability.
• Recommend new technology that benefits the employees of the organisation.
• Ensure periodic activity reports are prepared for the Head, Information Technology.

Requirements:

• B.Sc./HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or any other related field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in Network Infrastructure Management.
• Professional Certifications in CCNP, MCSE, RHCA, ITIL V4 Foundation or equivalents.
• Proven strong experience in designing, implementing, managing and optimising enterprise network infrastructure and data centre networks.
