Summary:

We are seeking a creative "Visual Translator" to revolutionize how we communicate our mission. Our audience, students, seniors, and partners, lives in a video-first world. We need a specialist to take the Founder’s vision and live presentations and convert them into digital assets that "sell" our mission 24/7. Your role is pivotal in scaling our impact: you will visualize complex biological concepts through animation and turn raw footage into compelling stories that secure school contracts and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• 2D Animation & Motion Graphics: Visualize "invisible" concepts (e.g., how urban agriculture reduces inflammation) using engaging, story-driven animation to make complex health topics accessible and exciting.
• Social Media Shorts: Produce a high volume of viral-style short-form content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) to build our "Communication Network" and engage younger demographics.
• Sales Asset Creation: Edit raw Zoom recordings and long-form presentations into punchy, professional sales tools that the organization can use to pitch partners without the Founder being present.
• Tour & Event Marketing: Create cinematic promotional trailers for our "Agriculture 101" farm tours and "Aquarium 101" experience to drive school field trip bookings.
• Program Content Production: Produce specific content pillars, including editing "Cooking Shows" for nutrition and visualizing the "Mobile Tech Lab" capabilities.

Skill Sets Required / Preferred

• Video Editing: Expert proficiency in industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
• Motion Graphics: Strong capability in 2D animation and After Effects to visualize abstract biological and agricultural processes (essential).
• Storyboarding & Scripting: Ability to take a rough concept or verbal outline from leadership and independently storyboard a cohesive visual narrative.
• Social Media Fluency: Deep understanding of current trends, pacing, and formatting for vertical video platforms (TikTok/Instagram).
• Visual Storytelling: A portfolio demonstrating the ability to simplify complex topics into engaging visual stories.
