Role Description

As a Motion Designer at TavCorp, you will work remotely in a full-time capacity. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-impact motion graphics, animations, and video content for a variety of projects. Your day-to-day tasks will include storyboarding, crafting engaging visuals through animation, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to implement creative solutions. The role involves working across different mediums to bring ideas to life and contribute to the evolution of TavCorp’s design systems.
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Motion Design and Motion Graphics techniques
• Experience in Animation and Storyboarding for creative projects
• Proficiency in Video Production, with the ability to turn ideas into polished outputs
• Excellent visual storytelling and composition skills
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as After Effects, Cinema 4D, or other motion design software
• Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setup and collaborate with a diverse team
• Previous experience in design for tech-focused or innovative industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Animation, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
