Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily milling operations
- Monitor machine performance and production output
- Ensure milling operators follow safety procedures
- Schedule machine maintenance and repairs
- Train and guide milling operators
- Ensure product quality standards are maintained
- Prepare production and operational reports
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND in mechanical engineering, production engineering, or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in milling or manufacturing operations
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of milling machines and production processes
