Sales Executive
Job summary
We are seeking a mid-level Sales Executive who can generate new business, manage client relationships, and help grow our design services portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who understands consultative selling and enjoys working closely with creative teams.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound sales, referrals, and inbound leads
- Pitch graphic design services (branding, logos, social media creatives, marketing materials, etc.) to potential clients
- Develop and achieve the sales volume/revenue goals and targets as defined in the business plan
- Generate and close leads by identifying potential clients, engaging prospects, presenting solutions, and finalizing deals to achieve sales targets.
- Track key sales metrics, analyze performance, and prepare timely and accurate reports for management.
- Create and send proposals, quotes, and other sales documentation to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities, client interactions, and leads in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Team to ensure strategic marketing awareness and Marketing initiatives.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and tradeshows to enhance brand visibility, network, and generate leads.
Requirements:
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sales strategies, lead generation, and negotiation
- At least 2 years of working experience as a salesperson converting high-paying clientele is a must
- Candidate must reside in Lagos State, Nigeria only
- Candidate must not be a telemarketer
- Ability to analyze market data for trends and business opportunities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Client-focused approach and ability to understand unique business needs
- Experience with CRM software and digital collaboration tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
