Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct chemical and physical analysis of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Assist in laboratory testing and analysis of metals and metal-related materials.
- Collect and prepare samples for laboratory testing.
- Perform routine chemical tests in accordance with established procedures.
- Record, analyze, and maintain accurate laboratory and test results.
- Support quality control activities throughout the production process.
- Monitor material composition and identify deviations from required specifications.
- Assist in investigating quality issues and production-related material variations.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, labeling, and disposal of laboratory chemicals and samples.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of basic chemistry, laboratory procedures, and analytical techniques.
- Basic knowledge of metals, alloys, material composition, and quality testing is an advantage.
- Ability to accurately conduct tests, record results, and interpret basic analytical data.
- Good knowledge of laboratory safety and chemical handling procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
