We are seeking a top-tier Meta & Google Ads Expert with exceptional full-funnel expertise and advanced AI capabilities. You will lead high-scale paid advertising across Meta and Google platforms while leveraging AI tools and MCPs (Multi-Creative Production Systems) to generate and manage thousands of ad variations simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

Large-Scale AI-Powered Ad Creation & Management:

  • Use AI tools and MCPs to rapidly generate, test, and optimize thousands of ad variations (creatives, copy, formats, and messaging) running simultaneously for any brand.
  • Build and manage dynamic creative optimization (DCO) campaigns and large-scale testing frameworks across Meta Advantage+ and Google Performance Max.
  • Leverage AI for ad copy generation, image/video creative production, audience segmentation, and predictive performance modeling.


Paid Media Strategy & Execution:

  • Design and optimize full-funnel campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Advantage+) and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen).
  • Scale ad spend profitably while maintaining strong ROAS/ROI through continuous testing and automation.


CRM, Lead Management & Conversion:

  • Integrate Meta and Google Ads with Zoho CRM for end-to-end lead tracking, scoring, and automation.
  • Qualify leads effectively using Zoho workflows and pass high-intent leads to sales teams.
  • Build and manage email marketing sequences (nurture, promotional, re-engagement) tightly connected to paid campaigns.


Conversion Optimization:

  • Design, build, and A/B test high-converting sales pages, landing pages, and funnels.
  • Optimize page elements, offers, and user experience to maximize conversion rates from paid traffic.


SEO, GEO & AEO:

  • Implement SEO strategies to support and amplify paid efforts.
  • Apply GEO and AEO best practices to optimize content for AI search engines, generative results, and answer engines.


Analytics, Reporting & Insights:

  • Track and analyze performance using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics 4, Zoho CRM, and advanced AI-driven dashboards.
  • Deliver actionable weekly and monthly reports with clear recommendations for scaling and optimization.


Requirements:

  • Paid Ads Expertise: 3+ years managing large-budget Meta and Google Ads campaigns with proven, consistent results at scale.
  • AI & Creative Scale: Demonstrated mastery using AI tools and MCPs to create and run thousands of ads simultaneously. Strong portfolio showing large-scale dynamic creative testing and AI-powered ad generation.
  • Zoho CRM: Advanced experience implementing, customizing, and optimizing Zoho CRM for lead qualification, automation, and sales pipeline management.
  • Email Marketing: Proven success running high-performing email campaigns integrated with paid acquisition.
  • Conversion Assets: Hands-on experience building and optimizing high-converting sales pages and marketing funnels.
  • Organic Expertise: Solid experience with SEO, GEO, and AEO strategies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with deep knowledge of attribution, tracking (Pixels, GTM, Conversions API), and privacy-compliant marketing.
  • Ability to manage $50K+ monthly ad spend profitably while scaling efficiently.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, education, coaching, or high-ticket services.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, Jasper, or custom MCP platforms.
  • Knowledge of additional platforms (TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.
  • Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.


What Success Looks Like:

  • Successfully run thousands of AI-generated ad variations while achieving top-tier ROAS and lead quality.
  • Build a highly efficient, automated funnel: Paid Ads → Zoho CRM → Email → Sales.
  • Drive significant, predictable business growth through both paid scale and organic (SEO/GEO/AEO) synergy.
  • Continuously innovate using AI to stay ahead of platform changes and competition.
