Job Summary

We are seeing to employ Medical Sales Representative's whose responsibilities include sales as well as business development of our healthcare products, identifying prospective business opportunities for the company, and providing the relevant customer feedback

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree

  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Sales and marketing of company products
  • Conducting audiovisual analysis of company products
  • Superintending our sales and trade promos as directed by the management
  • Creating and sustaining customer base as a key ingredient for customer relationship management
  • Carrying out and overseeing sales activation and medical trade events 
  • Assess clients’ needs and present suitable promoted products
  • Liaise with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis
  • Provide product information and deliver product samples
  • Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up-to-date with latest medical data
  • Promote products ethically and within compliance based on company’s sales process and approved marketing strategy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers across multiple settings
  • Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
  • Build positive trust relationships to influence targeted group in the decision making process
  • Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage
  • Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting.


Requirements:

  • B.Sc. degree in Pharmacy or relevant Science based degree
  • Previous work experience as a Medical/Pharmaceutical Sales Representative with 2 - 3 years working experience
  • A proven track record of successful sales
  • Outstanding communication,  strong negotiation and sales skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Highly ethical with a strong sense of integrity
