Job Summary

Our client is looking to hire a suitable candidate to achieve monthly sales target/ profitability, growth and account penetration within assigned territory by effectively selling the company’s products. The ideal candidate will personally contacts and secures new business accounts/customers.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
  • Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
  • Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  • Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
  • Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment.
  • Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for products.
  • Reporting market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends in assigned territory.
  • Maintain a reliable, up-to-date customer record system as per the Sales Procedure Manual
  • Maintain records of new customers, deleted customers and changes to call cycles to ensure cost effective coverage of the territory
  • Ensure monthly sales targets, new account targets, key product targets and payment targets are achieved.
