Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Medical Laboratory Technician based in Nigeria. The role involves performing routine laboratory tests and analyses, operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, adhering to quality control protocols, and assisting in the delivery of accurate and timely diagnostic results. The Medical Laboratory Technician will also collaborate with medical staff to ensure high-quality lab operations that support patient care.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Medical Technology, Laboratory Medicine, and Laboratory Skills
• Experience with Laboratory Equipment operation and maintenance
• Knowledge of Quality Control standards and protocols in a medical laboratory setting
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Technical diploma, degree, or equivalent qualification in Medical Laboratory Technology
• Relevant certifications and compliance with local regulatory requirements
• Understanding of safety standards and best practices in a clinical laboratory environment
