We are looking for a Media Buyer with strong expertise in app install campaigns and user acquisition to drive high-quality registrations and first-time depositors for the organisation and its group of brands. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in gaming or fintech app marketing, understands Appsflyer tracking, and knows how to scale campaigns efficiently to achieve the best ROI.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid user-acquisition campaigns for Android and iOS across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic platforms.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking through Appsflyer and other mobile measurement partners (MMPs).
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, placements, and audience segments to improve performance.
- Analyze performance data and implement actionable optimization strategies to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate closely with the design and automation teams to ensure ad flow consistency with CRM funnels.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Cost per Install (CPI) and Cost per Registered User (CPR).
- First-Time Depositor (FTD) conversion rate.
- ROI and Lifetime Value (LTV) growth per channel.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in media buying for mobile apps, games, or fintech.
- Proficient with Appsflyer, Firebase, GA4, and other mobile attribution tools.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, capable of interpreting complex metrics.
- Proven ability to scale budgets quickly while maintaining ROI.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
