Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join our team and inspire young minds at our primary school. As a Mathematics Teacher, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging lessons to students of diverse age groups, fostering a love for mathematics, and ensuring each student reaches their full potential

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver Mathematics lessons tailored to the needs and abilities of primary school students.
- Evaluate and grade students' class work, assignments, and papers to assess their progress.
- Prepare course materials, including syllabi, homework assignments, and lesson notes, to facilitate effective learning.
- Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions to encourage active participation and critical thinking.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other required documentation.
- Plan, evaluate, and revise curricula, course content, and instructional methods to meet the evolving needs of students.
- Collaborate with students, parents, teachers, and school administrators to assess student needs and develop personalized tutoring plans.
- Provide private instruction to individuals or small groups of students to address specific academic needs or prepare for assessments.
- Research and recommend textbooks, software, and other learning materials to enhance the teaching and learning experience.
- Participate in professional development sessions to improve teaching practices and stay updated on the latest educational trends.
Requirements:
- B.Ed, PGDE, in Mathematics Education
- Minimum of 5 years' experience teaching Mathematics in a primary school setting.
- Excellent command of English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computers and internet resources.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Customer service-oriented approach with a commitment to providing a positive learning experience.
- Leadership qualities and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
- Outstanding teaching skills, with a creative and innovative approach to instruction.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
