Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Strategy:
- Develop and manage a content calendar that aligns with overall marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce high-quality content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all platforms.
Digital Marketing Execution:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search (SEM) and social media advertising campaigns
- Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including automation and personalization strategies.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Project Management:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful execution of marketing projects.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables for multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously.
- Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Social Media Management:
- Manage the company’s social media presence, including content scheduling, community engagement, and trend monitoring.
- Create and curate content that resonates with our target audience and enhances brand visibility.
Customer-Centric Focus:
- Continuously gather and analyze customer feedback to refine messaging and offerings.
- Personalize marketing efforts to different audience segments based on their needs and behaviors.
- Build strong relationships with customers and influencers to drive engagement and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
