Role Description
LaunchPath is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help us scale our brand, content, and marketing operations.
This role combines:
- Content strategy
- Campaign execution
- Social media marketing
- Short-form video editing
- Funnel support
- Marketing operations
- You will work closely with the founders to help position LaunchPath as a trusted authority in Business Analysis, Project Management, AI transformation, and career transition.
- This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically while also executing independently
Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns
- Assist with lead generation and discovery call funnel optimization
- Help improve campaign messaging and positioning
- Support webinar and launch campaigns
- Identify opportunities to improve reach and conversion
Content & Social Media
- Create, schedule, and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form clips and social assets
- Support content calendar planning and publishing workflows
- Maintain consistent brand voice and positioning
Video Editing & Creative Production
- Edit educational and marketing videos for social media and funnels
- Create captions, hooks, thumbnails, and visual enhancements
- Design simple graphics and carousel content using Canva or similar tools
- Assist with Loom videos, webinar assets, and promotional materials
Marketing Operations
- Provide recommendations to improve content and campaign performance
- Support and coordinate marketing interns and creative contributors
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals
- Experience with social media marketing and content creation
- Experience editing short-form video content
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
- Experience working with creator brands, education companies, or coaching businesses
- Familiarity with LinkedIn content strategy
- Understanding of funnels and lead generation
- Previous experience in a similar role is a strong advantage
