Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Drive property sales and revenue generation for the Asaba Branch
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and client relationships
- Build, supervise, and coordinate the branch sales team
- Develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies for property offerings
- Conduct property presentations, inspections, and client meetings
- Monitor sales performance and report results to the Head Office
- Ensure excellent client engagement and follow-through throughout the sales process
Requirements:
- HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related discipline
- 2–4 years of sales experience in real estate, property marketing, banking, insurance, or similar industries
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Leadership capability and ability to build and manage a sales team
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 Net Monthly Salary. Additional performance-based incentives may apply
