Job Summary
Our client is a leading luxury hair salon and product line in Lagos,is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing & Sales Manager to lead our growth strategy.Reporting directly to the CEO,this role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and sales initiatives to drive brand awareness,customer acquisition,and revenue growth.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand visibility and market share in the luxury hair salon and product space.
- Manage all marketing channels, including social media, digital marketing, PR, events, and partnerships, ensuring alignment with the company's brand identity and target audience.
- Create engaging and impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with the Nigerian consumer, driving brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaigns' effectiveness and identify improvement areas, reporting findings and recommendations to the CEO.
- Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets, setting ambitious goals and providing ongoing coaching and support.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers, retain existing clients, and increase sales of both salon services and hair products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted sales initiatives, reporting findings and recommendations to the CEO.
- Work closely with the CEO to develop and execute the overall business strategy, ensuring alignment between marketing, sales, and company goals.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the marketing and sales teams,
- Promoting creativity, innovation, and accountability.
- Represent our client at industry events and networking opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders and influencers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in both marketing and sales, ideally in the beauty or luxury goods industry.
- Deep understanding of the Nigerian market and consumer behavior.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales and marketing targets.
