LeadLoop is a UK-based digital marketing agency that helps UK businesses generate leads and grow through smart websites, automation, and digital marketing systems. We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Operations Assistant to support day-to-day execution across marketing, outreach, and client delivery. You will be involved in content execution, outreach, lead generation, website publishing, and campaign support, working from clear SOPs and video instructions.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Social Media & Content Execution
  • Publish and manage posts across LinkedIn and Instagram according to a content schedule
  • Assist with sourcing content ideas and preparing posts from provided frameworks
  • Engage on social platforms by finding relevant accounts, connecting with people, and supporting community growth

Outreach & Lead Generation
  • Build prospect lists using Google Maps, websites, and online directories
  • Research businesses that match our ideal client profile
  • Support cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls (scripts and guidance provided)
  • Keep outreach data organised and updated

Website & CMS Support
  • Edit and update prebuilt website templates using WordPress and GHL
  • Populate website templates with provided content, images, and settings
  • Follow step-by-step SOPs and video walkthroughs to launch client websites
  • Make basic edits and updates as required

General Marketing Operations
  • Follow marketing SOPs for client onboarding, publishing, and updates
  • Support simple video-related tasks (e.g. uploading, organising assets, following editing instructions for YouTube content)
  • Keep tasks organised and communicate progress clearly

Requirements:
  • Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (social media, outreach, lead generation, websites)
  • Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress, GHL, and Shopify)
  • Comfortable following written SOPs and video instructions
  • Confident using online tools (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, basic CRM or databases)
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Experience with outreach or sales support
  • Basic video or content handling experience
  • Familiarity with marketing tools or CRMs
  • Enjoys execution and implementation
  • Has hands-on digital marketing exposure
  • Can work independently once trained
  • Is comfortable supporting both client work and internal media projects
