Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and traditional channels.
  • Oversee brand management, advertising, promotions, and public relations activities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and support revenue growth.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare regular management reports.
  • Manage, train, and supervise marketing staff and external agencies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Professional marketing certifications (e.g., CIM, NIMN, and digital marketing certifications) are an added advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and business growth.

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of market research, branding, and consumer behavior.

  • Creativity with strong problem-solving abilities.
