Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
• Create engaging and visually appealing content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email, and print materials.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including social media advertising, Google Ads, and influencer partnerships.
• Collaborate with different departments to showcase their work through marketing materials and social media platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Plan and execute promotional events or collaborations to increase brand visibility.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with beauty influencers and bloggers to amplify the salon's online presence.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing tools and technologies.

Requirements:

• BSc in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the beauty industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools and basic video editing skills are a plus.
• Data-driven approach with proficiency in analysing marketing metrics.
• Familiarity with beauty industry trends and customer preferences.
