Job summary
Our employer partner, a fast-growing Nigerian food processing company, is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead brand growth, digital marketing, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing and brand strategies.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Manage digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid campaigns.
- Oversee the company website and online presence.
- Lead product launch campaigns, promotions, and influencer partnerships.
- Drive distributor acquisition and customer engagement.
- Manage marketing budgets, calendars, and campaign performance.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years' marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, food manufacturing, or consumer goods.
- Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and teams.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, content, influencer, product, and performance marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Digital Marketing certifications are an added advantage.
