Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to drive property sales.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of the marketing team.
• Set weekly/monthly marketing goals and ensure team performance.
• Generate leads through field marketing, digital campaigns, and partnerships.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Manage client relationships from first contact to closing.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, inspections, and property tours.
• Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and maintain accurate client records.
• Prepare weekly sales/marketing performance reports for management.
• Support branch operational activities as required.
• Ensure the company's brand visibility in Calabar and surrounding markets.

Requirements:

• HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2–5 years experience in real estate marketing (compulsory).
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Ability to generate quality leads and close sales independently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of the Calabar real estate market (added advantage).
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to work with targets and deliver consistently.
• Must be computer literate (CRM tools, Excel, etc).
