Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to drive property sales.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of the marketing team.
- Set weekly/monthly marketing goals and ensure team performance.
- Generate leads through field marketing, digital campaigns, and partnerships.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Manage client relationships from first contact to closing.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, inspections, and property tours.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and maintain accurate client records.
- Prepare weekly sales/marketing performance reports for management.
- Support branch operational activities as required.
- Ensure the company's brand visibility in Calabar and surrounding markets.
Requirements:
- HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Admin, or related field.
- 2–5 years experience in real estate marketing (compulsory).
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Ability to generate quality leads and close sales independently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of the Calabar real estate market (added advantage).
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to work with targets and deliver consistently.
- Must be computer literate (CRM tools, Excel, etc).
