Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing plans to increase student enrollment and enhance the school's brand visibility.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and search engines.
- Content Creation: Create engaging content for the school's website, social media channels, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate school events, open days, and community outreach programs to attract prospective students and parents.
- Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with external partners, media outlets, and community organizations to enhance the school's reputation.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the admissions team to align marketing efforts with enrollment goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, social media management).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
