Marketing Executive (Remote – Nigeria)

About The Role

We are looking for a sharp, hungry, and growth-minded Marketing Executive to support two growing international businesses:

• UCM Global Talent (remote staffing solutions)
• UCM Education (UK-based education recruitment)

This is not a traditional corporate marketing role.

This role is ideal for somebody early in their career who wants to grow, learn, and gain real commercial exposure inside a fast-moving recruitment business environment.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, especially those with backgrounds in marketing, business, psychology, communications, or similar fields.

You do not need to already be an expert in recruitment marketing.

What The Role Involves

You will support a mixture of:

• Recruitment marketing campaigns
• Candidate attraction activity
• LinkedIn and recruiter visibility support
• Talent pool and database engagement
• Email campaigns and outreach support
• Marketing content and campaign activity
• Branding and engagement initiatives
• Tracking campaign and engagement performance
• Supporting growth-focused marketing initiatives across both businesses

You’ll work closely with:

• Recruitment Consultants
• HR
• Leadership

and gain exposure to how marketing supports real business growth inside recruitment.

Training & Development

We expect to develop and shape the right person over time.

You will receive exposure, guidance, feedback, and hands-on experience across:

• Recruitment marketing
• Branding and visibility
• Campaigns and engagement
• CRM and database marketing
• Growth-focused business activity
• Modern AI-supported marketing workflows and tools

We are much more interested in finding somebody with strong potential and mindset than somebody with a “perfect” background.

For the right person, this can be a strong career-building opportunity with exposure beyond basic social media posting or task-based marketing work.

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
• Degree or background in marketing, business, psychology, communications, or similar areas
• Exposure to marketing, campaigns, social media, outreach, or similar areas
• Familiarity with Canva, LinkedIn, CRM systems, or marketing tools
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Comfortable working remotely and independently

• You prefer highly repetitive task-only work
• You are not interested in learning about business growth and recruitment
• You are uncomfortable adapting and learning new skills over time
• You struggle to communicate clearly and directly
