Job summary
We are seeking a smart, result-driven, and customer-oriented Assistant Marketing Executive to support the marketing and sales activities of our publishing firm. The successful candidate will assist in promoting the company’s products and services, maintaining customer relationships, generating sales leads & supporting market expansion initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in marketing and promoting the company’s books, educational materials, and other publishing products.
- Support customer acquisition and business development activities.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers, distributors, schools, bookstores, and corporate clients.
- Follow up on sales leads, customer enquiries, and pending orders.
- Assist in preparing marketing reports, sales updates, and customer feedback reports.
- Conduct market surveys and gather information on competitors’ activities and market trends.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns, exhibitions, book fairs, and promotional events.
- Ensure timely delivery and proper coordination of customer orders where necessary.
- Assist in managing customer databases and sales records.
- Promote brand visibility and maintain positive customer engagement.
- Work closely with the warehouse, accounts, and production departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC
- 0-1 year of previous experience in a similar role
