Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: You will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
  • Market Research: You will conduct market research to identify trends, understand customer preferences, and monitor competitive activities to shape effective marketing strategies.
  • Content Creation: You will be required to create and manage content for various marketing materials, such as brochures, social media posts, website content, and email campaigns.
  • Social Media Management: You will oversee and manage our company’s social media channels, ensuring engaging content is consistently published, and performance metrics are analyzed.
  • Brand Management: You will ensure that our brand messaging remains consistent across all marketing channels and materials.
  • SEO and SEM: You will implement and manage SEO strategies to boost website traffic and visibility.
  • Analytics and Reporting: You will track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, preparing detailed reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration: You will work closely with the product development, and other departments to ensure that marketing strategies align with overall business goals.



Requirements:

  • Education: You should have a Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: You should have 2-5 years of experience in marketing or a related role, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.


Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing platforms).
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Creative and have strong problem-solving abilities. You must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
