Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaign Execution:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Ensure timely implementation of marketing plans and campaign schedules.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Content & Social Media Support:
- Collaborate with the Brand & Media team to develop engaging marketing content.
- Coordinate content publishing across social media and digital platforms.
- Support the creation of marketing materials including flyers, brochures, email campaigns, and promotional content.
- Monitor audience engagement and provide insights for content optimization.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve marketing strategies.
- Monitor competitor campaigns and market developments.
Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition:
- Support initiatives aimed at generating qualified leads and increasing customer acquisition.
- Coordinate marketing activities that drive traffic to digital and physical sales channels.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective lead handover and conversion.
Partnership & Event Coordination:
- Assist in organizing marketing events, activations, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
- Support the development and management of strategic partnerships and collaborations.
- Coordinate logistics and marketing materials for events and activations.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Track marketing activities, campaign results, and key performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing expenditures, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum OND
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role
