Marketing Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing strategies and campaigns that align with Growth Boosters’ objectives, focusing on brand awareness, customer acquisition, and market positioning.
• Brand Positioning: Establish and refine brand positioning to differentiate Growth Boosters in the competitive fintech market. Develop messaging and branding materials that resonate with target audiences.
• Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and paid advertising. Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.
• Customer Acquisition: Design and implement B2C acquisition strategies to drive engagement and conversions. Collaborate with the business development team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Enhance Brand Visibility and Engagement: Develop and execute initiatives to boost brand visibility and engagement. Utilize market research to identify opportunities and trends that can be leveraged to enhance brand presence.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including social media, SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to create compelling brand positioning and messaging.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently.
