Nexoris Technologies is a software and AI development company. We design and build websites, web and mobile applications, dashboards, e-commerce platforms, AI chatbots, workflow automation, and custom business software for our clients. We also support clients long-term through managed technology retainers.
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can build pipeline consistently, lead deals through to close, and hit monthly revenue targets.
What you will own:
- Pipeline generation through outbound prospecting. LinkedIn should be one of your strongest channels, with email, referrals, partnerships, communities, and any other route also in your mix.
- Qualifying prospects against our ideal customer profile
- Discovery conversations, proposal development, and closing
- Daily activity reporting
- Monthly revenue targets
Who we are looking for:
- A proven B2B business development professional with a track record of generating qualified leads and closing deals
- Strong LinkedIn lead-generation skills. You should be able to show us results from previous roles, not just describe them.
- Comfortable selling technology services (custom software builds, AI projects, ongoing retainers) to founders, COOs, marketing leads, and operations heads
- Self-managed and disciplined. Remote work and target-driven sales suit you.
- Strong written communication. Most of your outreach will be written before it is spoken.
- Willing to learn our service offerings well enough to position the right solution to the right buyer
Compensation:
Base salary plus uncapped commission on monthly revenue you generate.
