Our Client, an innovative education technology company dedicated to revolutionizing learning experiences for students worldwide is seeking for young, dynamic and motivated individuals to join their Marketing and Sales Team to drive growth and promote its core educational products and services.

Job Description/Requirements


  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services to schools, educational institutions, and individual customer
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and product development
  • Create compelling marketing content including blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials to engage with our target audience
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, search engines, and email marketing to generate leads and increase brand awareness
  • Identify and qualify sales leads through outbound prospecting efforts including cold calling, email outreach, and networking events
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of company’s products and services to prospective clients
  • Manage the sales pipeline and CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives
  • Analyze key sales and marketing metrics to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in marketing and sales roles, preferably in the education or technology industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Results-oriented with a passion for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus

Location: Osun (Ife and Oshogbo)

Remuneration: NGN Salary Plus commission of up 5-10%
