Fuziondot is an online visibility and marketing intelligence platform built to help businesses understand their SEO performance, competitor landscape, and digital growth opportunities. We are now entering our growth and sales phase, and we are hiring a disciplined, execution-focused Marketing & Business Development Lead who can drive our growth. You will lead marketing execution, outbound business development, and sales pipeline growth. Your responsibilities are to generate qualified leads, run product demos, convert users into paying customers, and help scale Fuziondot. You will work directly with the founder and play a key role in the company’s commercial growth.

Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Business Development:
- Identify and approach potential SME clients, agencies, and consultants.
- Build outbound outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
- Generate qualified leads for product demos and trials.
Sales Conversion:
- Conduct product demonstrations.
- Convert trials into paying customers.
- Build and manage a structured sales pipeline.
Marketing Execution:
- Manage content distribution across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Support SEO and content marketing initiatives.
- Promote webinars, product demos, and marketing campaigns.
Partnership Development:
- Identify and onboard marketing agencies and affiliates.
- Develop referral and partnership channels.
Requirements:
- Has strong experience in digital marketing or SaaS sales
- Is comfortable with outbound prospecting and lead generation
- Understands SEO, digital marketing, or marketing analytics tools
- Is disciplined and self-managed in a remote environment
- Can communicate clearly and confidently with business owners
- A startup mindset is essential.
Performance Targets (Strict but Achievable):
This role is performance-driven.
Expected monthly targets include:
- 200 qualified outreach contacts
- 40 product demos booked
- 25 free trials started
- 8–12 new paying customers
- Performance will be reviewed regularly during the probationary period.
Work Structure:
- Fully remote position
- 40 hours per week
- Work may require flexibility, including evenings or weekends when necessary to support business growth, consistent with startup environments.
- Workload will be organized weekly based on company priorities.
Probation Period:
- This position includes a 3-month probationary period during which performance, work ethic, and results will be reviewed regularly.
- The company reserves the right to terminate employment during this period if performance expectations are not met.
What Success Looks Like in This Role:
Within the first 90 days, the successful candidate will:
- Build an active sales pipeline
- Generate consistent product demos
- Close the first wave of paying customers
- Contribute to the growth of Fuziondot’s user base
