Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with our company's objectives and target market.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the courier industry.
• Collaborate with the management team to define marketing goals, budget allocation, and performance metrics.
Brand Management:
• Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for our company.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communication materials.
• Develop brand guidelines and guide internal teams and external partners.
Digital Marketing:
• Oversee digital marketing activities, including website management, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
• Create engaging content for digital platforms to attract and retain customers.
• Analyze digital marketing metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
Advertising and Promotion:
• Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various media channels, such as print, radio, TV, and online platforms.
• Manage relationships with advertising agencies and vendors to ensure effective campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign results, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve advertising effectiveness.
Customer Acquisition and Retention:
• Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies to expand the company's customer base.
• Create customer retention programs to enhance loyalty and increase repeat business.
• Conduct customer segmentation analysis to identify target audiences and tailor marketing messages accordingly.
Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies and techniques.
Team Management and Collaboration:
• Lead a marketing team and provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, operations, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and marketing partners.
Responsibilities:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or a similar role in the courier, logistics, or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
• Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze marketing metrics and make data-backed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Salary: NGN75,000
