Marketer

Responsibilities:

• Promote the company's products and services to prospective customers
• Generate leads and convert prospects into paying customers
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market opportunities
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
• Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
• Create awareness of the company's brand through online and offline marketing efforts
• Meet assigned marketing and sales targets
• Prepare marketing reports and provide regular performance updates
• Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to support business decisions
• Collaborate with sales and management teams to achieve organizational goals

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field
• Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
