Continuous Risk & Compliance Management & Reporting

Perform and encourage continuous and effective risk management practice within your activities. Promote risk-based decision taken. Ensure effective escalation of key risks, compliance breach and non-ethical issues.  Demonstrate and encourage ethical behaviors. Promote Business continuity best practices and compliance to applicable regulations and internal PPPs (Policy, Process and Procedures).

Key Task : 

Comply with all Information Security Policies and related documents  Report security weakness/incidents to either the respective head of department or the Enterprise Information Security Manager  Ensure that end users do not exploit known security weaknesses.  Participate in all forms of Information Security Awareness  Promotion of continuous improvement of Information Security  Monitor compliance to the information security management system requirements by the Teams 

Education: Engineering/ Information Science Degree Master’s in information science will be advantageous Possession of an MBA/ Masters will be advantageous Fluent in English and French  Minimum of a First Degree in Computer Science or Information Security Management, or related field, or equivalent experience;   Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) a plus.  Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) a plus  Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) a plus  ITIL Foundation a plus

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the Information Security domain  Experience in the Financial Services or telecommunication sector is advantageous  Experience in Information Security related Governance, Enterprise Risk Management and Compliance  Understanding emerging markets advantageous Knowledge of Digital Transformation

Knowledge

Security systems such as Data Protection Tools - DLP, Antivirus, Threat Modelling, CSOC, Penetration Testing, SIEM, Cloud Security, IOT Security, Identity & Access Management, Firewall Rule Management, VPN Technologies and Network Access Control, etc…  Security standards  Telecommunication technologies – Good understanding of the Mobile Network and related technologies  Good understanding of relevant IT protocols such as FTP, SNMP, LDAP, HTTP, SOAP, XML, XHTML etc.  Systems architecture & design.  UNIX & Linux operating systems  Good knowledge of IP technologies  Vulnerability Assessments and Penetration Testing  Knowledge of Risk Analysis and Management  Business Continuity Planning  Law, Investigations, & Ethics
